Job Description:
- At least 15 – 20 years of experience in IT 10 – 12 years on Microsoft technologies, out of which at least 6 8 years on Dynamics CRM (including Dynamics 365 CE Cloud, which is a must) ·
- Must have demonstrable architecture & design experience in the role of Technical Architect in at least 2 – 3 large, end to end large MSCRM implementations, that include complex functionality, more than one module of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales / Service / Marketing / Field Service) multiple integrations and multi geo rollouts·
- Must have thorough knowledge and experience of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service and Field Service
- Must be thorough and hands on MSCRM 2013 ,MSCRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Versions, including CRM SDK, plug ins, JavaScript, Azure functions, Web API services, Azure Service Bus (for integrations) ·
- Must be thorough and hands on in Microsoft technologies including .NET 4.x, C#, XML, Ajax, OData query and HTML 5, Microsoft SQL server 2008/2012, Scribe and SSIS ·
- Power platform : specially Power Automate and Power BI, experience in Power Apps in preferred
- Experience in Azure AI / ML, Azure IOT platform and Virtual Agent is high preferable ·
- Experience in working in an Agile DevOps is a must ·
- Good team handling and customer facing skills
