Job Description:
- Lead SAP HCM team as onsite lead for HCM Prioritize and resolve client issues/problems during business hours being client facing.
- Adherence to SLA for all incidents / service catalogue, tasks under HCM bucket across countries from America region
- Work on Incidents / Service Catalogue / other tasks – set up meeting/discussions, configuration/design fix, fix movement across environments, testing, UAT confirmation, fix deployment to production.
- Work on Change Requests – requirement gathering, functional specification based on discussion and business requirement documents, design, configuration, functional Testing in different dev/testing environments, gathering UAT confirmation and deployment of the CR to production
